Enderby Renovation
My wife and I recently purchased what we considered to be a small time investment property: Enderby Real Estate seemed like an easy market to get into; and, truth be told it was. However, the home we bought turned out to be a bit more of a fixer upper than I had imagined. When we decided we needed to do the bathroom first as it was the most atrocious thing either of us had ever seen, we imagined a beautiful stone tub, compliment by natural hues of real hardwood. We searched all over town, and asked other Enderby Real Estate investors what they did. We were referred to Signature Hardware.

However, the price of our dream bathroom quickly added up and before we had noticed, we had spent our entire budget on ONE room! After finishing the bathroom, and doing minor work on the rest of the home, we decided to re-list the house on the Enderby Real Estate market. Fortunately for us, locals had seen what he had done with the house and another couple quickly scooped it out of our hands earning us a pretty profit. We decided to invest in something a little newer this time, something that might require a little less work then our Enderby Real Estate venture did. We chose Shuswap Villas. The Villas are gorgeous town homes with a prime view of the surrounding Sicamous region. This is an investment we plan to hold on to, unlike our Enderby Real estate endeavour!
